shipping policy

Once your reserved item is available for delivery; we first call the clients that had reserved first. If you are ready to purchase then we go-ahead to deliver to you, the payment can be made via mpesa or cash and only once delivered. Please note we don’t hold items if they are not fully paid for.

If a client is not ready to purchase once the coat arrives and isn’t able to make payment; we go on to sell to other interested clients

return & exchange policy

If you wish to return your item. Your interest to return must be communicated to us via text to 0743902862 or via Facebook or Instagram Direct Message not more than 24 hours after receipt.
